Stroud Group was contracted to fit out guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and meeting rooms at The Sagamore Pendry, a luxury waterfront hotel in Baltimore. The designer selected furnishings that were estimated to cost almost 8 percent over the client’s budget. The people at Stroud Group partnered with the designer to complete the high-end combination contemporary and historic renovation below the original budget.
