Stroud Group has always been about one-on-one relationships. Marjorie Waldman used her relationships in the hospitalty industry to help hotel owners develop remarkable properties. Marjorie, along with her brothers, Michael and Steve, put their efforts into meeting the unique FF&E and OS&E procurement needs of hotel owners, designers, and others. From offering design assistance, sourcing items from high-quality vendors, and overseeing every inch of a project, Stroud Group was developed to be the only procurement company needed for any renovation or new hotel construction project. Today, Stroud Group is recognized as the team to lean on for smart hospitality furnishing procurement.

Marjorie Waldman
President
Marjorie Waldman, Stroud Group President, is a dynamic and passionate solutions provider for hospitality FF&E and OS&E procurement services. Knowing how to get things done, Marjorie is instrumental in finding the right solution for major projects and renovations for hotels, casinos, resorts, and other four- and five-star hospitality properties worldwide. Marjorie is a real go-getter, dedicated to her clients, and was even recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as “Female Entrepreneur of the Year”.
Michael Orloff
Executive Vice President
In his role as Executive Vice President, Michael Orloff spends most of the day looking out for our hospitality clients’ best interests and staying on top of contractors and vendor agreements. As a project liaison, he handles negotiations, and ensures budget goals are met so that there are no surprises at completion time. He oversees the FF&E and OS&E procurement team to ensure budgets are met and projects are developed on time. Michael enjoys working with people and traveling the globe.
Steve Orloff
Vice President
As Vice President, Steve Orloff heads up business development. While he has spent many years in finance and project management, he takes on FF&E to OS&E procurement as well as making sure projects are implemented successfully. Steve oversees vendor contract agreements, job supervision for hospitality project builds and renovations, and takes on many of the behind-the-scenes areas of Stroud Group to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Kelly Bryant
Vice President of Projects
Kelly has a knack for seeing the big picture and managing each FF&E and OS&E project like it was her own. With experience in construction management and interior design, Kelly is instrumental in the smooth flow of every Stroud Group project. From budget development to accounting closeout, she pays attention to the details that impact a project’s bottom line and client satisfaction. And with open communication among owners, vendors, design teams, and installers, Kelly’s goal is to run every project as smoothly as possible.
Kristina Bonnell
Project Manager
Kristina is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and executing FF&E project procurement functions, including budget management and timely completion of all FF&E projects. She understands the challenges hotel operators face, listens to customer concerns, and works with all parties to achieve the best possible solutions for clients.
Wesley Burman
Project Manager
Wes is an expert at managing hospitality projects, ensuring every detail of the agreement, from time schedules and budgets to requirements, are met. He ensures the accuracy of all project agreements. He oversees FF&E hospitality projects for all Stroud Group clients, including Hilton Hotels and Marriott Vacation Clubs. As detailed-oriented as Wes is, you can be certain that nothing is overlooked. He is great at developing proposals, managing budgets accurately, scheduling, and negotiating prices.
