How it Begins

Stroud Group started with one-on-one relationships.  For Marjorie Waldman, she decided to put those relationships into helping hotel owners develop remarkable properties.  Along with her brothers, Michael and Steve, they put their efforts into meeting the needs that hotel owners were looking for.  From offering design assistance, sourcing items from high-quality vendors, and overseeing every inch of a project, Stroud Group was developed to be the only team hotels needed for any renovation or new construction project.  Today, Stroud Group is recognized as the team to lean on for Smart Hotel Procurement.
