Guestrooms, Public Space, Restaurants, Rooftop Bar

Stroud Group was tasked with fitting out guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and a rooftop bar at The Virginian Lynchburg, a grand historic property in Virginia. The designer selected items that were estimated to cost 7 percent over the client’s budget. The people at Stroud Group worked diligently to supply everything the designer wanted to complete the spectacular renovation at more than 18 percent below the designer’s estimate.
